A roof plumber, window fabricator and leak-detection company all attended, carried out work and told us the problem was fixed, only for the leak to worsen.
A friend referred us to Marco at Build Support. From the beginning, we could tell he was extremely knowledgeable. He approached the issue from a completely different angle. Like a doctor, he methodically worked through a series of questions to narrow down what the issue could and could not be.
Everyone else had been on the wrong track. Marco identified the likely cause, arranged for one of his preferred contractors to attend the following week and, after three years of dealing with the leak and the frustration, our problem was solved.
