Finding the cause after three years of failed repairs.
The challenge
The owners noticed a water stain forming on the living-room floor soon after purchasing their townhouse. Over the following three years they spent thousands of dollars on attempts to rectify the problem. A roof plumber, window fabricator and leak-detection company each attended and advised that the problem had been fixed, but the leak continued to worsen.
Build Support approach
Marco started again with the history of the problem. He worked methodically through the symptoms, previous repair attempts and assumptions made by others. This led him to a different likely cause. He then arranged for an appropriate contractor to attend and address the identified issue.
The outcome
The contractor attended the following week. According to the client, the leak that had caused three years of expense and frustration was resolved.
