Payment, cancellation and rescheduling.
- Fixed-fee consultations are paid in full when booked.
- A booking is not confirmed and an engagement does not begin until Build Support accepts the scope and payment is received.
- Site visits and larger reviews are payable before work starts unless a written proposal states otherwise.
- More than 48 hours notice: full refund or one reschedule.
- Between 24 and 48 hours notice: 50% cancellation charge or one reschedule at Build Support discretion.
- Less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance: 100% cancellation charge.
- If Build Support cancels, the client may choose a full refund or reschedule.
- Nothing limits non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Which consultation should I choose?
Choose the Initial Advisory Consultation for a new, complex or multi-part issue. The Focused Advice Call is appropriate only when there is one clearly defined question. If you are unsure, submit the request and Marco will recommend the best fit.
Can Marco review documents before the consultation?
Yes. Attach the most relevant documents. Marco will confirm whether the standard allowance is suitable or whether a separate review fee is required.
Are site visits available outside Victoria?
The standard launch position is Victoria site visits only. Remote advice is available Australia-wide. Other travel can be considered under a separate written quotation.
Will I receive a written report?
The Initial Advisory Consultation includes a concise emailed action summary. A detailed or formal report must be separately scoped and quoted.
